The Areas We Serve
We are appointed by the National Environment Agency (NEA) to be the public waste collector for the City-Punggol and Clementi-Bukit Merah sectors. Our dedicated drivers and crew serve approximately 450,000 households and trade premises across these regions, working tirelessly to keep your neighbourhoods clean. The health, safety, and well-being of our team and the communities we serve remain our top priority.
Types of Collection
Recyclables
Many of the items found at home can be recycled. Always ensure that your recyclables are clean and dry before you place them in the recycling bins to prevent contamination.
Garden Waste
Garden waste is collected on a fixed day each week, including public holidays, separate from recyclables. A dedicated garden waste collection truck handles this collection.
Bulky Waste
The collection of bulky waste in private estates such as unwanted furniture and mattresses are not included in our regular refuse collection. You may reach out to us separately for bulky waste removal services.

ezi Cash-for-Trash Stations are currently available in these areas. Please click on the respective location in blue to view it on the map. Kindly take note of the respective operating dates and timings. Please be informed that we do not operate on Public Holidays.

- Items contaminated with food or liquid waste

- e-Waste. Find the nearest e-waste collection point here.
- Large household appliances. Kindly contact your Town Council to schedule a collection of your unwanted large household appliances.
- Toys, umbrellas, pottery, mirrors, furniture, hangers, pillows etc. Please consider donating your pre-loved items instead if they are in good condition.
